An unsolicited note to Mark: "Your blog entries are truly generous and humane. What I mean with that, is that they show wisdom drawn from experience, study and maturity. Qualities of a person interested in helping people find what he has found in life - the great worth of his (everyone's) true self. Thank you for doing that!" Gil "Mark has a "gift" for helping people understand their unique "giftedness" and drawing on those strengths! He's also active in the non-profit space, always ready to lend a hand... Thanks Mark for your past (and continued) service! Robb, Business Owner On behalf of NBMBAA-Atlanta, here's a huge round of virtual applause. Please know you were outstanding and self-sufficient. ...SUCH an inspiration. Thank YOU! University Alumni Relations Professional Mark helped me discern my gifts / talents / strengths from the perspective of how I filter the world. It's a very valuable exercise and - especially while "filtering" for fit during my career exploration. He's a master at application and in providing real world examples. I'd recommend Mark for anyone who seeks out input via assessment tools and then wants to know what to do with the results. Fred, Business Executive I certainly fell into the trap of “battered career syndrome” and broke away and was blessed by divine intervention meeting you. We're well on our way to a happier future. Mike, Business Owner Mark Myette is a complete professional who listens to your concerns and address them with understanding and respect. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is thinking about making a career pivot for themselves, he is a tremendous ally to have. Carl, Financial Services Professional Mark's coaching expertise is superlative and has really helped me to focus on what I am good at. The service that he has provided has been exactly what I needed and at exactly the right time....very informative, not pushy and very focusing...taking me to the next step in my life. Thank you Mark! Toney, Business Owner To know Mark is to know that you are in the presence of someone special. To me, Mark embodies the concepts of inspiring and igniting people to do their best work and create quality for themselves, their companies and others who they interact with. He is the consummate connector and quickly pieces together why it might benefit people to meet with one another. He also appears to be on in a constant state of "my glass is full"; [1/2 full didn't sound accurate] which is contagious and helpful in keeping other people feeling up even on their "rainy" day. He is a dedicated professional who helps move things forward for his team in an exponential way. Liz, Talk About Your Future, Inc. Co-Founder What a collaborator and achiever. Mark's tactful, yet driven style helps people create and produce excellent results. He has such a personal style of connecting, balanced with an amazing talent to see the most essential points that led to effective execution. Mark is intelligent ... you know when he speaks, you will gain some important insights. Mark is poised ... he understands how best to convey that insight so that it is well received. Mark is perceptive ...Mark is a talent ... you should find a way to get to know him. You will be glad you did. Bob, Manager |

Thank YOU for doing an amazing job with the materials and workshop. Jeanne - CEO | SHRM-Atlanta
Thanks for facilitating a great learning experience. You navigated the class through what might be called corporate "dysfunction junction" and raised many thought provoking questions. This would probably be a great half-day workshop (or perhaps group therapy session for HR practitioners). Carla - workshop attendee
I really enjoyed last night's workshop, one of my favorite events! Mark Myette did a fantastic job and my only regret is that this wasn't scheduled for a full day! I wasn't ready to end it! Nick - workshop attendee.
On behalf of the planning committee for the Georgia Department of Revenue 2017 Leadership Conference, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your participation as a speaker. The feedback from this conference was extremely positive. All responses were enthusiastic about the content and the overall quality of the conference, and we had great feedback on your “Have a Nice Conflict – In Six Steps!” presentation. Once again thank you for sharing your expertise and helping to support the Georgia Department of Revenue Leadership. Your participation helped make this event a tremendous success. Lynne Riley, Commissioner
I wanted to commend you for the way you interact with others. Your friendliness, personal interest and generally cheerful attitude immediately lifted the atmosphere in the Volunteer room. By openly recognizing folks and engaging in conversations across the room you had a “gathering” effect on the group. The room was transformed from 15 individuals scattered among several tables to a team of players united around a fun opportunity to serve. Brett, ATD International Conference & Exposition volunteer
Thank YOU Mark. I had such a wonderful experience that day. Your program lifted my spirits the rest of the week! Pam, workshop attendee
Thank you very much for your presentation to the Kettering Marketing Group today. I came specifically because of the topic being presented, and I was not disappointed. Thank you!
Great webinar last night! The students could not stop sending me messages about it afterwards. They left feeling so inspired and ready to discover their gifts.
From a college professor after speaking with his class: "I am in the process of grading the essay questions I gave as a test for my class last week. While I have not talked to anyone yet about how the class went, it is unbelievable to me how many times the students quoted you on the exam. And I am not referring to the question which you provided. They all aced that question. I am referring to many of the other questions that were indirectly related to you talk. You must have done an outstanding job getting your points across. Thank you!"
I learned we are ALL unique in a very nuanced way...we have our own unique pattern and we are the sum of all of our varying shapes and colors. We each are as Mark says "a thumb print" and therefore possess unique gifts! Thank you!
I learned there are many people in my position and I was surprised!
The exercises were very interesting and to learn from others was an unexpected bonus!
I learned I need to stay focused and understand I have GIFTS to offer!
Hearing others' perspectives on their GIFTS / attributes helped me to affirm or challenge my own conclusions.
The workshop helped to affirm for me to continue down my path and understand I'm on a journey to self-awareness.
I liked your style of facilitating the discussion. You helped people to open up so the discussion got real VERY quickly.
NAME, CLAIM, AIM provided a way to focus on the journey of discovery.
Getting feedback from the group about my gifts was great! I also enjoyed listening to others describe how they've applied their gifts and what they are experiencing.
Mark is an awesome trainer and is very skillful. He inspired my passion for training many years ago. He challenged his audience and is a man of excellence. Mark's impact has lasting effects. Thank You, Anna
Mark is the most engaging trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with; and I have been through at least half a dozen similar Fortune 500 sales training programs. Mark's enthusiasm, insight and motivational skills helped launched my successful selling career almost 20 years ago; skills that I use to this day. Because of Mark's ability to captivate and engage his classes and instill strong foundational tools; I sense there are scores of professionals like myself, who owe their gratitude and success to his training. I too have been training and mentoring professionals since the early 90's, often using the same foundational tools I learned while observing Mark. I have not spoken to Mark in a very long time, yet the time I spent involved with his training classes have left an indelible mark upon my career. I would definitely recommend Mark as an expert within his field. Griff, Business Leader

5.0 out of 5 stars - Book Review from New Century Dynamics Executive Search
Mark did a thorough job describing the New Normal, without getting into cause and effect. The current economic situation is part of a much larger transformation as we move further into the Digital Age. Traditional employment is in a state of flux. There is no going back to an earlier time. Understanding the current playing field and one's options is a critical first step to building a successful career in the New Normal. Wantrepreneur is an excellent companion to Fighting Alligators, which I recommend to anyone who is serious about managing their career.
